01About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to travel arranged through the Fareline Travel Desk telephone desk at +1 (844) 213-5611. By browsing the site or asking an agent to arrange travel for you, you accept them.
If something here conflicts with what an agent told you on a recorded call, tell us — we would rather correct the record than rely on fine print.
02What Fareline is
Fareline is an independent travel desk. We compare routes and fares and, when you ask us to, arrange bookings with third-party airlines and ticketing partners on your behalf.
We are not an airline. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting as the agent of any carrier, and we do not operate any flight. The carrier that issues your ticket is the party that transports you and is responsible for doing so.
03Quotes, fares and availability
Fares, taxes, surcharges, seat availability and schedules are set by airlines and change constantly. A quote given on a call is an indication based on what the reservation systems show at that moment, and is not a guarantee. A price is only fixed once a ticket has been issued and you have received a confirmation containing a ticket or record locator.
Any prices, routes or durations shown on this site are illustrative examples of past enquiries, not offers, and should not be read as the fare available to you today.
04Fees
Calls to the desk are free from US telephone numbers. Where Fareline charges a service fee for arranging or servicing a booking, the agent will state the amount and what it covers before you authorise any payment. You will never be charged a Fareline fee that was not said out loud on the call.
Fees charged by the airline — including fare differences, change fees, seat selection, baggage and ancillary charges — are set by the carrier, collected on its behalf and governed by its rules.
05Your responsibilities
You are responsible for giving us accurate passenger names, dates of birth and travel-document details. Airline tickets are issued to a name and generally cannot be transferred; correcting a misspelled name after ticketing may require a fee or a new ticket, and in some cases is not possible at all.
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, any visa or transit visa required, and meeting the entry, health and onward-travel requirements of every country on your itinerary — including countries you only connect through. Requirements are set by governments, change without notice, and are ultimately your responsibility to confirm.
Please check your confirmation as soon as it arrives and tell us immediately if anything is wrong. Reconfirm flight times with the operating carrier before you travel, and allow enough time at the airport for check-in and security.
06Changes, cancellations and refunds
What you can change, when, and at what cost is determined by the fare rules of the ticket you bought, not by Fareline. Many of the lowest fares are non-refundable and non-changeable. An agent will tell you the rules that apply to a fare before you confirm it.
Where a refund is due under those rules, the airline controls the timing and the amount. We will file and follow the claim on your behalf, but we cannot pay a refund the carrier has not released, and we cannot shorten an airline processing time.
If a carrier cancels, reschedules or significantly delays your flight, your rights against that carrier are governed by its conditions of carriage and by applicable law. Call the desk and an agent will work the problem with you.
07Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs, disruption and baggage. Insurance is bought separately, and the cover you get is what your policy says — ask the desk what is typically worth covering for the kind of trip you are taking.
08Use of this website
You may use this site to learn about the desk and to contact us. You may not scrape it, resell its content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
The text, layout, imagery and code of this site belong to Fareline and may not be copied or reused without permission, other than the ordinary use your browser makes of them to display the page.
09Limitation of liability
Fareline is responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, equipment changes, overbooking, insolvency or service standards of an airline or any other third-party supplier.
To the extent permitted by law, Fareline is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — missed connections on separately ticketed flights, prepaid accommodation, lost earnings or events you did not reach. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
10Complaints
If something has gone wrong, call the desk at +1 (844) 213-5611 or email desk@fareline.travel and describe what happened. We will look at the call record and the booking file and come back to you with what we found and what we can do. Raising it with us first is usually faster than raising it with the carrier.
11Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute, without limiting consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
We may update these terms; the version that applies to a booking is the one published at the time the booking was made. This version is dated September 2026.
